Attitude and behavior of the employes cause to the job. The objective of these research are to measure the number of believe variable, evaluation variable, normative believe variable, and motivation variable in order to find out the number of attitude and behavior of the SATPAM POLBAN. The analysis result saw that attitude and behavior score for the hole respondents are closely good. However, the result have different dominate attribute of variable for different status of employees.
