This research purpose is drawing on an employees perception about current organization culture, an expected organization cultured oriented by employees, gap between expected and reality of organization culture, and the relationship of that gap with job satisfaction. The result of this research show us that: there is negative scale for the main part of organization culture at POLBAN Commerce (it means the facts not suitable with the employees expectation); there is positive scale for expected culture organization (it means there is trend of expectation for giving more trust and opportunity); there is big enough of gap between culture organization expected than reality.
