The final project is the making of a cookbook about East Nusa Tenggara. The aims of this project are to introduce, promote East Nusa Tenggara cuisines and to preserve the traditional food recipes of East Nusa Tenggara. The theories used in this project were definition of cookbook, elements of cookbook, and traditional food. Moreover, the qualitative method was applied in conducting this project. The data collection was conducted in four ways; personal experience, library study, observation, and interview. The result of this project is a cookbook entitled âThe Yummy Cuisine from East Nusa Tenggaraâ. This cookbook consists of 12 recipes classified into four categories; meat dishes, fish dishes, vegetable dishes, and cakes. In addition, there are overviews telling the readers about the dish, additional information about basic ingredients and cooking abbreviations. Hopefully, this project attracts the readers to make the cuisines at home. This project can also make the cuisines and recipes famous all over the world of culinary.
