This study examine the level of awareness of ethical conduct among business students of Politeknik Negeri Bandung an if there are any differences in awareness among those students. With the sample consisted of 198 students, this research find out that business students indicated moderate to high degree of ethical awareness. There was no significant difference between students based on their study program and seniority. However, female students had a higher level of awareness than male students. All four groups of students were indifferent of situations that include training sales forces on high-pressured selling techniques. The students expressed their strongest disapproval of selling techniques. The students expressed their strongest disapproval of selling a banned carcinogen sleepwear, nepotism, and action of tobacco trade association that doubled its budget for lobbying efforts. The students also disapproved strongly of fraudulent acts involving padding of expenses, and management decision that refuse to comply with the employees request for services they needed.
