Time management i a guide or method of using time effectively for doing task to achieve the defined objective. Effectivity is an a effort for doing task which is can reach the defined objective. It shows the level of achievement of defined objective. The purpose of this research is to find out how far the influence of time management on work effectiveness. The population of this research are the middle level managers at Politeknik Negeri Bandung, and the sample is as the same population. According to correlation analysis is the result shows 0,667, and the regression analysis shows 42,6%. Base on the result above, is a strong correlation between time management and work efectiveness, but the influence is quiet low.
