Kantor PT. PLN UP3 Garut merupakan salah satu unit PT. PLN (Pesero) di bawah Unit Induk Distribusi Jawa Barat dan merupakan sub unit untuk pelayanan pelanggan juga pelayanan jaringan listrik distribusi yang ada di Kabupaten Garut. Agar pemenuhan kebutuhan terhadap ATK dapat dipenuhi dengan baik maka harus dilakukan pengelolaan yang baik pula terhadap gudang ATK tersebut. Pengelolaan Gudang ATK di kantor PT. PLN UP3 Garut belum dilakukan dengan baik karena kegiatan pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar masih dilakukan secara tercampur tanpa dokumen khusus, pemeliharaan terhadap stok juga tidak dilakukan. Seluruh kegiatan pengelolaan belum memiliki SOP secara tertulis dan juga prosedurnya masih belum terstrukur. Seluruh rancangan SOP yang disusun dihimpun dalam sebuah buku pedoman SOP dengan judul “Buku Pedoman SOP pengelolaan gudang ATK PT. PLN UP3 Garut”. Buku pedoman ini terdiri dari Prosedur Penyimpanan Barang, Prosedur Pengeluaran Barang dan Prosedur Pemeliharaan Stok. Buku Pedoman juga dilengkapi dengan berbagai dokumen yaitu dokumen checklist barang, dokumen serah terima barang, formulir kondisi gudang, dan formulir persediaan stok. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba dan evaluasi yang dilakukan di kantor PT. PLN UP3 Garut, dibuatnya buku pedoman ini membantu pekerjaan pengelolaan gudang ATK karena SOP yang dibuat sudah memberikan gambaran prosedur menjadi lebih jelas, tertulis dan membuat proses pengelolaan gudang menjadi lebih terstruktur.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

PT. PLN UP3 Garut is a unit of PT. PLN (Pesero) is under the West Java Main Distribution Unit and is a sub-unit for customer service as well as distribution of electricity distribution networks in Garut Regency. In order to fulfill the need for stationery to be fulfilled properly, a good management must also be done of the stationery warehouse. ATK Warehouse Management at the PT. PLN UP3 Garut has not been done well because the activities of recording incoming and outgoing goods are still carried out in a mixed manner without special documents, maintenance of the stock is also not done. All management activities do not yet have written SOPs and procedures are not yet structured. All draft SOPs compiled are compiled in an SOP manual with the title "SOP Manual for ATK warehouse management of PT. PLN UP3 Garut ". This manual consists of the Goods Storage Procedure, Goods Release Procedure and Stock Maintenance Procedure. The Guidelines are also equipped with various documents, namely goods checklist documents, goods handover documents, warehouse condition forms, and stock inventory forms. Based on the results of trials and evaluations conducted at the PT. PLN UP3 Garut, making this manual helps the work of ATK warehouse management because the SOP has been made to provide a clearer description of the procedure, written and makes the warehouse management process more structured.
