Nowadays, coffee shops are one of the main destinations for people to do their activities. This resulted in quite a number of new coffee shops popping up. However, not all coffee shops have a good marketing strategy. Having brand trust and brand authenticity is one of the most important things in marketing. In addition, nowadays, the use of social media is increasing. This can be used by coffee shops, where they can market their coffee shops through social media. This is because by doing good social media marketing activities, coffee shops can convey information to the public. From there, the author is quite curious whether by utilizing social media, a coffee shop can create brand trust, brand authenticity, which in turn can lead to brand loyalty, so that later there will be revisit intention. The author conducted this research on Hailee Coffee which finally got the output of a social media strategy that was suitable for Hailee Coffee.
