Di dalam proyek akhir ini telah direalisasikan video teleconference menggunakan Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit dengan aplikasi Bigbluebutton yang dimodifikasi sebagai media pembelajaran. Aplikasi tersebut berperan sebagai web conference yang bekerja pada jaringan lokal. Software server video teleconference berjalan pada sistem operasi Ubuntu sabagai pengganti dari MCU (Multi Control Unit). Hasil tugas akhir ini yaitu berupa ruang kelas khusus untuk media pembelajaran prodi telekomunikasi dan berupa informasi nilai dari pengukuran Quality of Service (QoS) standar ITU-T meliputi delay dengan nilai terbesar 1.4 ms, jitter bernilai 0.00 ms, throughput dengan nilai terbesar 6.39 Mbps, dan packet loss dengan nilai 0.0%.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

In this final project, video teleconference using Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit with Bigbluebutton which is modified as learning media is realized. The application has a role as web conference which works at local area. Video teleconference server software worked at Ubuntu operation system as substitution of MCU (Multi Control Unit). The results of this final project are a specific class for learning media in Telecommunication study program and some information about measurement of Quality of Service (QoS) standardized ITU-T includes delay with the highest score at 1.4 ms, jitter with scored 0.00 ms, throughput with high score 6.39 Mbps , and packet loss with scored 0.0%.
