This final project is about making an informational book on Tahu Bungkeng Sumedang. Tahu Bungkeng is selected because it is the pioneer and the legendary of the tofu seller and producer in Sumedang. This final project used library study, observation, and interview in collecting the data. In addition, this final project applies several theories. The theories applied are about the theory of informational book, writing techniques, writing styles, and design of the book. The result of this final project is an informational book written in English on Tahu Bungkeng. This book consists of five chapters; History, Characteristics, Nutritions, Process of Making, and Where to Find Tahu Bungkeng.
