System pengukuran digunakan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, terutama bagi lembaga riset dimana temperature dan kelembaban dari specimen merupakan hal yang krusial. Data ini didapat menggunakan alat ukur. Dalam tugas akhir ini, penulis membuat alat ukur temperature dan kelembaban yang bisa mengakuisisi data ke computer. Alat ini terdiri dari sensor DHT 11 sebagai transducer, Mikrokontroller ATMega 16 sebagai prosesor, dan LCD sebagai display, serta RS 232 sebagai output data ke computer. Di computer, data didapat melalui software HyperTerminal dimana data bisa disimpan dalam bentuk .csv untuk pengolahan lebih lanjut. Alat diuji dengan membandingkan dengan Autonics T4WM uuntuk temperature, dan SSN 341 untuk kelembaban. Data didapat dengan interval 1 data/ 10 menit selama 270 menit.karakteristik yang diuji merupakan karakteristik statis yang mencakup akurasi, presisi, dan reliabilitas. Dari hasil pengujian, didapat error sebesar 0-4.9%, deviasi 1.13-2.9. sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa alat bekerja dengan baik. Deskripsi Alternatif :Measurement system is used in many aspect of life. moreover for a research institute where temperature and humidity of specimen is a crucial data. This data acquired through a measurement with a measurement device. In this final project, author made a measuring device for temperature and humidity which can be used to get the data. This device consist of DHT 11 as transducer, Microcontroller ATMega 16 as the main processor, LCD for the display, and RS 232 output for acquiring data through computer. The data acquired through computer software, named HyperTerminal used to log the data so the data can be converted to another file such as .csv. Measuring device performance tested by comparing with standard measuring device Autonics T4WM for the temperature and SSN 341 for the humidity at two objects. Data collecting was done with interval 1 data/ 10 minutes within 270 minutes. The characteristics tested were static characteristic covers accuracy, precision, and reliability. From result test it can be shown that the error is 0-4.9 % , deviation 1.13-2.99 so it can be conclude that accuracy and precision value in portable monitoring is good.
