The Project Design of Referral Program Of Point Reward Voucher, Through Both The Website Feature And Software Program

In an effort to increase sales, Online Startup creates a Point Reward referral program. During the referral program testing period, there was an increase in sales. However, this raises a new problem, the length of the process for sending e-wallet to users was too long. This project seeks to solve a problem that encounters Online Startup. The goals are to make a well-planned referral program, develop an automatic e-wallet balance sending system integrated with a website feature and software, and increase the volume of products purchase transactions with referral code through Instagram and YouTube promotional media. The methods used in implementing this project include organizing referral programs, planning budgets, identifying a base of customers as referrers, selecting promotional channels and message content, determining appropriate rewards, specifying program conditions, developing program software, and evaluating referral program success or failure. After that, it continues to collect data; primary and secondary data, then determine the number of respondents in the interviews or observations made, and do not forget about the operational questions used in conducting interviews. The results of this referral program project successfully automates the e-wallet transfer process and increases products selling. The outcomes from this program are a promotional referral program, website features, and software integration with automatic structures.
