E-Commerce can be defined as all about doing business electronically and encompasses many diverse activities both in the business-to-business relation and in the business-to-customer relation. In the era of E-Commerce, the files of information which is revealed from both in the business-to-business relation and in the business-to-customer relation, might be many in the electronic forms and only a few in printed papers. Managing and storing files often become the last priority. This view is not unusual opinion because there are still many people think that managing files is not important. In fact, without a good management record, a company might miss opportunities result from losing information or late retrieving information. Getting a long with the development of diverse business activities and also financial file must be kept at least 10 years, a company usually needs a large room for storing printed files. To minimize the impact of the old manual filing system, it is necessary to change the existing filing system. In the era of E-Commerce, many of the documents are in the forms of soft copy. Some printed documents need to be transferred in to soft copy form. Today, it is very demanded to have a high speed in transferring data. Through Electronic Filing System (EFS), files or business documents can be easily to be retrieved and transferred among departments or even companies. In other words, EFS is an effective and efficient alternative filing system in the era of E-commerce.
