This project report is entitled "Making a Book about Cokelat Garut: The Innovation of Indonesian Traditional Snacks". This project is written since there are not so many books about Indonesian traditional food, especially the innovation of Indonesian Traditional Food. This report shows the explanation of making the book itself entitled "Cokelat Garut: The Innovation of Indonesian Traditional Snacks". My objectives of making the book are to inform and to introduce people about Cokelat Garut as innovation of Indonesian Traditional Snacks. Traditional snacks in Cokelat Garut are the object that are mentioned in this book. The data were collected by doing literature study, interview and direct observation in several Indonesian traditional food producers and companies produce Cokelat Garut. The theories used in this project are theories of descriptive writing, and persuasive writing.The data collected were processed by using the theories mentioned above. The result of this project is a book entitled "Cokelat Garut: The Innovation of Indonesian Traditional Snacks"
