PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk adalah perusahaan telekomunikasi terbesar di Indonesia. Platform Agree Market merupakan salah satu contoh pengembangan jasa telekomunikasi dan informasi milik PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. Agree Market menawarkan layanan digitalisasi pasar pertanian bagi para pemilik usaha pertanian. Sebelum dapat memasarkannya, penjual perlu melakukan penandatanganan perjanjian kerja sama dengan PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. Rata-rata waktu perjanjian kerja sama adalah 78 hari kerja. Waktu ideal perjanjian kerja sama seharusnya adalah 2-4 minggu. Keterlambatan proses tersebut disebabkan sering adanya dokumen-dokumen yang terkendala di salah satu pelaksana sehingga penandatanganan perjanjian menjadi terhambat. Kegiatan selanjutnya yang memerlukan sebuah prosedur adalah layanan pelanggan. Sebagai pengembang produk digital, perusahaan tentunya menempatkan pelanggan pada posisi puncak. Oleh karena itu, sebuah prosedur yang baku diperlukan sebagai pedoman Admin Agree Market melaksanakan layanan pelanggan demi terakomodasinya pelanggan yang ingin menyampaikan pertanyaan, informasi error, hingga keluhan. Pelaksanaan proyek dilaksanakan dalam jaringan dan berkoordinasi dengan Product Owner Agree Market. Prosedur yang dibuat menggunakan format narasi dan diagram alir swimlane. Prosedur perjanjian kerja sama dan layanan pelanggan pada Platform Agree Market masing-masing dibuat menjadi buku pedoman SOP. Buku Pedoman SOP Platform Agree Market yang dibuat telah disesuaikan dengan format perusahaan dan kebutuhan platform. Prosedur yang dibuat juga akan menjadi draft awal perkembangan SOP di Platform Agree Market. The Agree Market platform is an example of the development of telecommunications and information services owned by PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. Agree Market offers agricultural market digitization services for agricultural business owners. Before being able to market their product, the seller needs to sign a cooperation agreement with PT Telkom Indonesia, Tbk. The average time of the cooperation agreement is 78 working days. The ideal time for a cooperation agreement should be 2-4 weeks. The delay in the process is due to the fact that documents are often hampered by one of the implementers so that the signing of the agreement is hampered. Therefore, a procedure needs to be made to support the implementation of activities coherently and timely from the initiation of cooperation to the signing of the cooperation agreement. The next activity that requires a procedure is customer service. As a digital product developer, the company certainly puts the customer at the top. Therefore, a standard procedure is needed as a guide for the Agree Market Admin to carry out customer service to accommodate customers who want to submit questions, error information, or complaints. Project implementation is carried out from home and in coordination with the Product Owner of Agree Market. The procedure is made using a narrative format and a swimlane flowchart. The cooperation agreement and customer service procedures on the Agree Market Platform are compiled into SOP manual book. The Agree Market SOP Manual Book that has been created has been adapted to the company's format and platform needs. The SOP manual books will also be the initial draft of SOP development on the Agree Market Platform.
