Mobil sudah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan manusia modern. Keberadaan mobil sangat membantu mobilitas manusia saat melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Produksi mobil di Indonesia telah meningkat dari tahun 2016 ke tahun 2018 dengan jumlah unit berturut-turut 1.178.346, 1.217.518 dan 1.343. (Gaikindo 2019). PT. SUZUKI INDOMOBIL adalah salah satu produsen mobil terbaik di Indonesia PT. SUZUKI INDOMOBIL merupakan pengguna energy, dimana penggunaan energi pada proses pengecatan / body painting sangat besar bila dibandingkan dengan proses lain di pabrik seperti pressing, welding, plastic painting, dan assembling. Berdasarkan data konsumsi energi di PT. SUZUKI INDOMOBIL untuk proses body painting dapat mengkonsumsi energi listrik sebesar 1.131 MWh dan energi gas 109 x 103 Nm3. Proses pengecatan di PT.SUZUKI INDOMOBIL menggunakan 3 unit oven yaitu oven ED (electro deposition), oven sealing dan oven top coat. Ketiga oven ini di pasok oleh bahan bakar gas. Oven yang menarik perhatian saya adalah oven ED, oven ED mempunyai tiga zona pemanasan yaitu heat up, keep, dan incinerator yang masing-masing berbeda jarak dan setting temperaturnya. Oven ED mengalami berbagai macam modifikasi dari tahun 1990 sampai sekarang namun hal tersebut tidak diikuti oleh pembuatan Standard operating procedure (SOP) yang sesuai dengan modifikasinya. Pembuatan SOP di PT. SUZUKI INDOMOBIL menjadi salah satu hal terbaik untuk meningkatkan efisiensi alat dan pekerjanya. Pembuatan SOP Secara lengkap mulai dari tugas sampaibagan kordinasi tiap pegawai dibuat sesuai bakumutu yang ingin di capai prusahaan. Kata Kunci: Painting proses, Oven ED (electro deposition), Painting, Standar Operating Procedure (SOP).
Deskripsi Alternatif :Cars have become part of modern human life. The existence of a car really helps human mobility when carrying out daily activities. Car production in Indonesia has increased from 2016 to 2018 with the number of units 1,178,346, 1,217,518 and 1,343,748 units, repetively (Gaikindo 2019). PT. SUZUKI INDOMOBIL is one of the best car manufacturers in Indonesia and use of energy in the process of painting / body painting in a very large portion when compared with other processes in the factory such as pressing, welding, plastic painting, and assembling. Based on energy consumption data at PT. SUZUKI INDOMOBIL for the body painting process can consume electrical energy of 1,131 MWh and gas energy 109 x 103 Nm3. The process of painting at PT. SUZUKI INDOMOBIL uses 3 units of ovens namely ED (electro deposition) oven, sealing oven and top coat oven. All three ovens are supplied by gas fuel. The oven that caught my attention was the ED oven, the ED oven has three heating zones, namely heat up, keep, and incinerator, each of which has a different distance and temperature setting. The ED oven underwent various modifications from 1990 to the present, but this was not followed by the creation of a Standard operational procedure (SOP) in accordance with its modification. Making SOP in PT. SUZUKI INDOMOBIL is one of the best things to improve the efficiency of tools and workers. Making SOP Completely starting from the task until the coordination chart for each employee is made according to the standards that the company wants to achieve.
