Deskripsi Alternatif :

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on almost all industrial sectors. Massive social distancing policies have also made the restaurant business empty of customers. However, due to this outbreak, users of the Online Food Delivery (OFD) application are increasing from time to time. It can be used by food service providers, especially MSME's to cooperate with the platform. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that can influence consumers' intentions to use the GoFood delivery service application in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak. Data collection was carried out by researchers through questionnaires and obtained as many as 240 generation z respondents who live in West Java and have used the GoFood application during the pandemic. Data was collected using an online survey method by distributing questionnaires through social media. The findings of this study indicate a positive relationship between perceptions of ease of use, price, and promotion on intentions to use GoFood application users. However, the perceived severity factor, safe packaging and restaurant credibility have no effect on the intentions of GoFood application users.
