Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur perilaku proaktif karyawan milenial pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Perilaku proaktif adalah keahlian seorang individu untuk dapat mengidentifikasi peluang, menunjukkan inisiatif, mengambil tindakan, dan bertahan hingga mencapai akhir dengan membawa perubahan. Dengan adanya PSBB, kebijakan di tempat kerja pun mengalami sedikit perubahan. Pada saat ini ada kebijakan untuk bekerja dari rumah atau biasa dikenal dengan istilah Work From Home (WFH). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis deskriptif dengan mengambil 161 responden karyawan milenial yang sedang atau pernah bekerja dari rumah selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Data primer didapatkan dari hasil pengisian kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menggunakan IBM SPSS 22.0, diketahui bahwa tingkat perilaku proaktif karyawan milenial pada masa pandemi ini ada pada kategori tinggi.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

This research was conducted to measure the proactive behavior of millennial employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. Proactive behavior is the skill of an individual to be able to identify opportunities, show initiative, take action, and endure to the end by bringing change. With the existence of the PSBB, policies in the workplace have also changed slightly. At this time there is a policy to work from home or commonly known as Work From Home (WFH). This study uses a quantitative approach. Descriptive analysis method by taking 161 millennial employee respondents who were or had worked from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. Primary data obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis using IBM SPSS 22.0, it is known that the level of proactive behavior of millennial employees during this pandemic is in the high category.
