Based on data from the SMEs Cooperative Service, 403 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) were affected by the coronavirus pandemic. The decline in SME sales due to COVID-19 covers three fields: Food/Culinary, Services and Fashion/Convection. However, increasingly modern digital developments in the retail market significantly affect economic turnover. Through the e-commerce industry, it is hoped that it can continue developing and supporting the Indonesian economy. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the intention to adopt E-commerce among SMEs. This study uses a quantitative approach with a focus on SME actors. Data was collected by using a questionnaire to 200 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS for descriptive analysis and Smart PLS for modelling. The Quantitative findings show that organizational readiness, perceived ease of use, consumer pressure and competitive pressure play an important role in directly influencing the intention to adopt. These results will be a useful handbook for industry, especially SMEs. Keywords: SMEs, E-commerce, Intention to Adopt.
