Online transportation services are technology-based services, which in their development take time to be adopted by the community. In other words, some factors motivate people to adopt new technology, and it is necessary to be analyzed. Moreover, data shows that many online transportation customers do not much feel the security factor. Therefore, this study is essential to be conducted to provide information about the public's acceptance of online transportation services. This study uses TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) that is integrated into E-Trust to examine the public's acceptance of online transportation. In addition, this study also analyzes the online transportation that is perceived by two different group of online transportation customers. Furthermore, this study uses a sample of 403 Indonesian online transportation customers that became this research respondent. The respondents are divided into two groups, Grab customers and Go-Jek customers. Moreover, an online questionnaire is used to collect data from the respondents. Next, the sampling technique that is used in this study is Convenience sampling method. Moreover, this research applies PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling) methods in order to process the data. This study reveals that trust factor plays a vital role in creating the public's acceptance toward online transportation. Eight of nine hypotheses in this study are accepted, and only one hypothesis that is rejected, which is Perceived Ease of Use on Behavioral Intention. Next, this study found that there are no significant differences perceived by Grab customers and Go-Jek customers toward online transportation services. Furthermore, some outcomes has been designed based on this study findings. In addition, as the managerial applications, this study recommends online transportation companies to improve their customer service feature and recruitment procedure. So, the public's trust toward online transportation services can be increased in the future. On the other hand, this study contains more findings that can enrich our understanding of online transportation industry. Even farther, this study can be a reference for anyone who wants to do similar research. Keywords: Public's Acceptance, Online Transportation, Go-Jek.
