The Covid-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on every business actor in Indonesia, especially MSMEs engaged in the culinary sector. In the midst of conditions that require limited interaction, the trend of online marketing is rising. During this pandemic, online food delivery services are one of the best alternative online marketing media for MSMEs engaged in the culinary sector. However, the fact is that currently there are very few MSMEs that adopt online marketing. The purpose of this study was to analyze the obstacles faced by MSMEs in using online delivery services. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews conducted on 25 MSMEs in Bandung Regency that have not been massive in using online food delivery services. The results of this study reveal that the obstacles for MSMEs in adopting online food delivery services include lack of insight and expertise in operating applications, low levels of technological adaptability, lack of benefits of online food delivery services, facilities that are less supportive, conventional methods which are still an option, human resource constraints, MSMEs that can still survive during the pandemic, and social factors. In addition, this study also found that the role of social media and customer relations is the best solution for MSMEs to survive during the pandemic.
