This project is entitled "The Making of a Book: Handicraft Produced in Bandung". There are many handicraft shops provided in Bandung; however, only a few who recognized them. Due to that fact, this project was made. The purpose of this project are to promote and persuade people to come to Bandung to see the beauty of handicrafts. Three methods used during conducting this project; collecting data, designing the book and writing the report. The collecting data was done through library study, observation and interview. The content of the book is information about four craftsmen from four different handicraft shops and information about the items. The theories used are writing theories, persuasive writing, descriptive writing, informative text and language of advertisement. The result of this project is a book titled "Bandung Handicraft Book: Exploring 4 Handicraft Shops". The information from each handicraft shops hopefully will take the readers interest.
