Struktur bangunan merupakan portal 3 dimensi dengan data rencana awal meliputi mutu beton fc’= 30 MPa, mutu baja tulangan fy = 420 MPa, dan mutu baja profil fy = 325 MPa. Bangunan memuat 3 jenis crane berdasarkan kapasitas yaitu 3 ton, 7,5 ton, dan 25 ton. Elemen struktur menggunakan kolom beton bertulang dan baja, namun perhitungan dibatasi hanya pada kolom beton bertulang dengan corbel. Pemodelan struktur dilakukan dengan software ETABS 2016. Perancangan elemen struktur berdasarkan SNI 2847:2013, pembebanan berdasarkan SNI 1727:2013, dan analisis gempa berdasarkan SNI 1726:2012. Analisis beban gempa menggunakan metoda statis ekuivalen dengan mengasumsikan kelas situs SC (tanak keras, sangat padat, dan batuan lunak). Bangunan memiliki kategori risiko II dan faktor keutamaan gempa I_e=1. Dimensi kolom didapat melalui perhitungan preliminary design, penulangan mengikuti kaidah-kaidah SRPMK. Dari hasil perhitungan didapat dimensi kolom 700 x 900 mm dengan tulangan longitudinal 28D25, tulangan transversal D13-150 untuk daerah lapangan dan D13-100 untuk daerah tumpuan. Dimensi corbel bw = 750 mm, h = 1.200 mm, d = 853,5 mm dengan tulangan tarik 6D25, tulangan sengkang tipe tertutup 6D16-150, dan tulangan rangka 6D16. Deskripsi Alternatif :

The building structure is a 3-dimensional portal with initial planning data covering the quality of concrete fc = 30 MPa, reinforcing steel quality fy = 420 MPa, and quality steel profile fy = 325 MPa. The building contains 3 types of cranes based on capacity namely 3 tons, 7.5 tons and 25 tons. Structural elements use reinforced concrete and steel columns, but calculations are limited to reinforced concrete columns with corbel. Structural modeling is carried out with the 2016 ETABS software. The design of structural elements based on SNI 2847: 2013, loading based on SNI 1727: 2013, and earthquake analysis based on SNI 1726: 2012. Earthquake load analysis using equivalent static methods by assuming the SC site class (hard, very dense, and soft rock). The building has a risk category II and earthquake primacy factor I_e = 1. Column dimensions are obtained through preliminary design calculations, reinforcement follows the SRPMK rules. From the calculation results obtained column dimensions of 700 x 900 mm with 28D25 longitudinal reinforcement, transverse reinforcement D13-150 for the field area and D13-100 for the support area. Dimensions of corbel bw = 750 mm, h = 1,200 mm, d = 853.5 mm with 6D25 tensile reinforcement, closed type stirrup reinforcement 6D16-150, and 6D16 frame reinforcement.
