Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Minat Beli Online Shop selama Social Distancing (Studi pada Konsumen Kota Bandung) Riska Putri Intania Program Studi D-III Administrasi Bisnis Jurusan Administrasi Niaga Politeknik Negeri Bandung Kekhawatiran terjadi dilingkungan masyarakat karena meningkatnya wabah COVID-19 terjadi dalam salah satu upaya masyarakat melakukan social distancing dan tetap memenuhi kebutuhannya, masyarakat memanfaatkan online shop. Minat masyarakat dalam membeli barang menggunakan online shop dipengaruhi kualitas pelayanan. Selain jaminan barang tidak sesuai kini masyarakat bertambah khawatir kualitas barang yang ditawarkan terutama selama social distancing ditengah wabah COVID-19. Apakah kualitas barang yang ditawarkan sudah aman dan barang tersebut sudah disterilisasi.Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 110 respoden, yaitu masyarakat Kota Bandung sering atau pernah memanfaatkan online shop dalam melakukan transaksi jual-beli. Penelitian ini memakai merode penilitian ialah kuantitatif deskriptif. Cara pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini memakai teknik non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini ialah mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan dan minta beli online shop selama social distancing dan seberapa besar pengaruh yang diberikan minat berli terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Alat yang dipakai dalam menganilisis kualitas pelayanan dan minat beli online shop yaitu dengan memperoleh nilai mean (rata-rata). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan online shop memiliki kualitas pelayanan yang tinggi dan minat beli masyarakat tinggi selama social distancing. Selama social distancing kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli online shop sebesar 36,1%. Pihak online shop memiliki kualitas pelayanan tinggi namun, diharapkan meningkatkan kualitaspelayanan dalam jaminan akan barang yang diterima sesuai dengan pesanan pelanggan dan barang terjamin aman sudah disterilisasikan terlebih dahulu hingga barang tetap terjaga kebersihannya terutama pasa masa social distancing.

Public interest in buying goods using an online shop is influenced by service quality. In addition to guaranteeing that goods are not suitable, now people are increasingly worried about the quality of the goods being offered, especially during social distancing amid the COVID-19 outbreak. Whether the quality of the goods offered is safe and the goods have been sterilized. The samples in this study amounted to 110 respondents, namely the people of Bandung often or have used online shops in buying and selling transactions. This research uses descriptive quantitative research method. The method of data collection in this study uses non-probability sampling techniques using purposive sampling. The purpose of this research is to find out how the quality of service and ask to buy an online shop during social distancing and how much influence is given to buying interest on service quality. The tool used in analyzing service quality and online shop buying interest is to obtain the mean value (average). The results of this study indicate that the online shop has high service quality and high public buying interest during social distancing. During social distancing, service quality has a significant effect on online shop buying interest by 36.1%. The online shop has high service quality, however, it is expected to improve the quality of service in the guarantee that the goods received are in accordance with customer orders and the goods are guaranteed to be safe and have been sterilized first so that the goods are kept clean, especially during the social distancing period.
