Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Santika Garut serta mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Santika Garut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunkan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi yang terdapat pada penelitian ini berjumlah 59 orang yang merupakan seluruh karyawan Hotel Santika Garut. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan jenis saturation sampling atau sampel jenuh sehingga semua karyawan yang ada di Hotel dijadikan sebagai media dalam pengambilan data. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penenlitian ini adalah tingkat disiplin kerja Hotel Santika Garut bernilai rata-rata 4,495 dan memiliki kategori sangat baik. Kemudian tingkat kinerja karyawan Hotel Santika Garut bernilai rata-rata 4,508 dan memiliki kategorik sangat baik. Selanjutnya, terdapat pengaruh dari variabel disiplin kerja terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 23,9% dan memiliki pengaruh positif dengan arti semakin tinggi tingkat disiplin kerja yang dimiliki oleh karyawan maka semakin tinggi juga kinerja yang dihasilkan oleh karyawan. Hasil menunjukkan persamaan regresi adalah Y = 19,103 + 0,629X. persamaan ini memiliki arti bahwa nilai konstanta sebesar 19,103 dan nilai koefisien regresi X atau disiplin kerja sebesar 0,629 yang menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan 1% nilai disiplin kerja, maka nilai kinerja karyawan bertambah sebesar 0,629.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

This study aims to determine the level of work discipline and employee performance at Hotel Santika Garut and to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at Hotel Santika Garut. This research is a quantitative study using a descriptive approach. The population contained in this study amounted to 59 people who were all employees of Hotel Santika Garut. The data collection technique in this study is to use a non-probability sampling technique with a saturation sampling type or saturated sample so that all employees at the hotel are used as a medium for data collection. The results obtained in this research are the level of work discipline Hotel Santika Garut has an average value of 4.495 and has a very good category. Then the level of performance of Hotel Santika Garut employees is worth an average of 4.508 and has a very good category. Furthermore, there is an influence of the work discipline variable on the employee performance variable of 23.9% and it has a positive effect, which means that the higher the level of work discipline owned by the employee, the higher the performance produced by the employee. The result shows the regression equation is Y = 19.103 + 0.629X. This equation means that the constant value is 19.103 and the regression coefficient value of X or work discipline is 0.629 which states that every 1% addition of the value of work discipline, the value of employee performance increases by 0.629.
