The research, try to study the agency theory that show the different interest between managers as an agent of shareholders and shareholders as the owners of firms, especially in using of fund. The result of the study find that they are commonly able to be synchronize their interest to the same goal. Nevertheless there is an interesting indicator that indicate, when firm's debt is increase, firm's value is decrease. It is very different from the agency theory which express that the debt and the firm's value are correlated positively.
