ABSTRACT
The Final Assignment is about procedure of Bandung-Sea World-Dufan Tour handling at Visi Tours & Travel which is located on Jl. Dipati Ukur No. 68B Bandung. The objectives of this final assignment are to know Tour Leader's tasks in handling Bandung-Sea World-Dufan Tour, documents that used, and obstacles that faced during Bandung-Sea World-Dufan Tour. Based on the result of job training at Visi Tours & Travel, know that there are eleven Tour Leader's main tasks in handling Bandung-Sea World-Dufan tour Documents that used in these tour are commonly known in tourism industry, such as passenger name list, Taman Impian Jaya Ancol (TIJA) fax Approvement, tour itinerary, and budgeting tour. But there are some obstacles which faced by tour leader in handling Bandung-Sea World-Dufan tour such as double function of tour leader, tour itinerary that not on time, and unexpected expenses out from tour budget.
