ABSTRACT




This final assignment as the result of the Job Training about The International Hotel Reservation Handling in PT Wisatama Sarana Mahkota (Tanata Tours and Travel). The reservation handling that is done by Tanata Tours and Travel includes reservation system, reservation procedures, reservation document and reservation facilities The reservation system that is use by Tanata Tours and Travel is a manual reservation, where the company as a sub agent. In the international hotel reservation handling there is a reservation procedures that is consist of some step started with reservation by the client to the company until they gives a hotel voucher and invoice to the client. Based on the procedures, document that is use in the international hotel reservation system in Tanata Tours and Travel consist of Hotel Rate, Hotel Booking Form, Fax Out Form, Hotel Confirmation Card, Hotel Voucher and Voucher Issuance book. The international hotel reservation handling in Tanata Tours and Travel also has some obstacle. The obstacle could be caused by the lack of facilities and the human resources.
