ABSTRACT




This final assignment describes about up-grade Batavia Air ticket handling at Pusat Tours and Travel Bandung, which is located in Jl.Pungkur no 95c. The objectives of this final assignment are to know how Batavia Air ticket reservation handling, the process of-up-grading Batavia Air ticket, the documents which are used in up-grading Batavia Air ticket and about the problems which are faced by hotel reservation and ticketing division of Pusat Tours and T ravel Bandung. Based on the result of the job training, known that the handling of Batavia Air ticket reservation and up-grade run with several steps which are appropriate with the procedure in Pusat Tours and Travel Bandung. The documents which are used in up-grading Batavia Air ticket are appropriate with certained documents which are used in up-grading Batavia Air ticket. The documents are ticket, invoice and reservation card. However in the process, there are several problems faced by hotel reservation and ticketing division of Pusat Tours and Travel Bandung, such as customer complaint of cancellation fee, ticket which is should be returned temporary to cancel the schedule and also up-graded ticket condition that is non-refund and non-up-grade.
