ABSTRACT




The final assignment describes about the cancellation process of Merparti Airlines ticket at PT Tradana Dwi Benua which located on Jl. Gandapura 54. The objectives of this final assignment are to know how the cancellation process of Merpati Airlines ticket, the documents which is used in cancellation process of Merpati Airlines ticket and about the problems which are faced by the ticketing department in PT Tradana Dwi Benua. Based on the result of the job training, known that cancellation process of Merpati Airlines ticket runs with several steps which concordant with the procedure in PT Tradana Dwi Benua. The documents that are used on cancellation process of Merpati Airlines ticket already concordant with the certainty of cancellation documents, such as ticket document, refund form document, and invoice document. But in the process there are a several problems which are faced by the ticketing department such as authority of cancellation stamp is only in the Merpati Airlines office although the PT Tradana Dwi Benua is the legal sales agent of Merpati Airlines. The problems are cannot be solve because that is the rules of Merpati Airlines.
