ABSTRACT
This Final Assignment is overviewing the handling procedure of domestic flight ticketing reservation with Abacus system in Superticket Travel Mania, located in Jl. Buah Batu No. 248 B Bandung. The objectives of this Final Assignment are to know how is the handling procedure of domestic flight ticketing reservation with Abacus system runs in Superticket Travel Mania, the advantages and disadvantages from Abacus and Manual system and the reservation handling if the Abacus system was having down system. Based on the job training that has been done, it is known that the handling procedure of domestic flight ticketing reservation with Abacus system in Superticket Travel Mania is done with several steps. The differences between the Abacus system and the Manual system is not only seen from the steps needed in the reservation process, but also can be seen from each system's advantages and disadvantages. Reservation with Abacus system has several advantages that Manual system doesn't, they are speed, correctness and ease. If Abacus system was having down system, the reservation is done using Manual system. On the other hand, the ticketing reservation procedure with Manual system has not been done according to the procedure. Since in doing the reservation, Superticket Travel Mania doesn't apply the booking card media.
