Kegiatan produksi yang dilakukan di Azzura Fashion Konfeksi berawal dari proses memotong kain, menjahit, memberi lubang dan kancing, hingga tahap finishing. Dalam menjalankan kegiatan kerjanya, terdapat beberapa masalah yang terjadi berulang kali diantaranya yaitu hilangnya pola baju, borosnya pengeluaran untuk pembelian kain, cacat pada kain dan/atau terkena rokok, penggunaan alat yang kurang layak, dan kurang teliti dalam tahap finishing. Untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan pegawai dalam melakukan pekerjaan perlu dibuat SOP agar kegiatan di bagian produksi menjadi lebih terarah, tepat, dan rapi sehingga target perusahaan dapat tercapai. Berkenaan dengan hal tersebut, judul Tugas Akhir ini adalah “Pembuatan Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) untuk Bagian Produksi di Azzura Fashion Konfeksi” dengan tujuan menjadi pedoman bagi para pegawai khususnya bagian produksi dalam menjalankan kegiatan kerja sehingga pekerjaan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Hasil yang didapatkan dari proyek ini adalah SOP dengan bentuk diagram alir (flowchart) yang sesuai untuk Bagian Produksi meliputi SOP Memotong Kain, SOP Menjahit, SOP Pemberian Lubang dan Kancing, dan SOP Tahap Finishing yang dikemas ke dalam bentuk buku panduan. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan, didapati bahwa SOP yang dibuat sudah jelas dan mudah dipahami oleh para pegawai. Dari pengamatan penulis pada saat melakukan uji coba proyek, pegawai di bagian potong terlihat jauh lebih berhati-hati sehingga hasil potongan kain menjadi lebih presisi. Pada bagian jahit, produk yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih rapi. Sedangkan pada bagian lubang dan kancing, pekerjaan yang dilakukan menjadi lebih akurat. Begitupun pada bagian finishing, pekerjaan menjadi tepat waktu dan hasilnya cukup memuaskan. Kata kunci: Konfeksi, SOP, Bagian Produksi.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

Production activities are one of the main activities carried out in the confection business. The steps of production activities carried out at Azzura Fashion Konfeksi start from the process of cutting fabrics, sewing, giving holes and buttons, and the last is finishing activities. In carrying out its work activities, there are still several problems that often occur repeatedly including the loss of clothing patterns, wasteful spending on cloth purchases, defects in fabrics and/or exposure to cigarettes, improper use of machines and tools, and lack of thoroughness in the finishing activities. To minimize the occurrence of employee errors in doing work, it is necessary to make SOPs so that activities in the production section become more directed, precise, and neat so that the company's targets can be achieved. In this regard, the title of this Final Project is "Making Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Production Department at Azzura Fashion Confection" with the aim of being a guideline for employees, especially the production department in carrying out work activities so that work becomes more effective and efficient. The results obtained from this project are SOPs in the form of flowcharts that are suitable for the Production Section including SOPs for Cutting Fabrics, SOPs for Sewing, SOPs for Giving Holes and Buttons, and SOPs for the Finishing Section which are packaged in the form of a guidebook. Based on the results of the trials that have been carried out, it was found that the SOPs made were clear and easily understood by employees. From the author's observations when conducting project trials, the employees at the cutting department seemed much more careful so that the results of the fabric cuts became more precise. In the sewing section, the resulting product is neater. While the holes and buttons, the process is more accurate. Likewise in the finishing section, the work was carried out on time and the results were quite satisfactory. Keywords: Confection, SOP, Production Department.
