Pada masa pandemi ini, banyak bisnis yang terpaksa tutup dan tidak bisa beroperasi dikarenakan peraturan pemerintah yang mengharuskan jaga jarak dan menghindari kerumunan. Akhirnya para pelaku bisnis terutapa UMKM dan bisnis rumahan membuka usahanya di berbagai platform digital dan beralih menjadi online shop. Dalam memulai bisnis tentu diperlukannya kegiatan promosi didunia digital atau yang biasa disebut Digital Marketing. Tujuan digital marketing ialah menaikkan awwareness dan Engagement sebuah bisnis sehingga konsumen semakin bertambah dan terus loyal. Kegiatan ini tentu diterapkan diseluruh bisnis online termasuk online shop Jasmine Bookstore yang ingin meningkatkan engagement rate bisnisnya di Instagram. Proyek ini akan menjelaskan bagaimana penggunaan dan pemanfaat fitur instagram yang tepat dapat membantu dalam membangun interaksi dan meningkatkan engagement rate . Penulis menjalankan proyek ini dengan metode kualitatif di mana wawancara dan observasi menjadi poin penting dalam pelaksanaan proyek. Didalam proyek ini terdapat 15 ( lima belas ) narasumber di mana narasumber ini terdiri dari ahli, calon konsumen dan FGD ( Focus Group Discussion ). Pada akhir proyek Instagram Jasmine Bookstore mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dari sebelumnya, baik dari kualitas konten ataupun tampilan bahkan interaksi dan followers juga bertambah. Sebagai tanda berakhirnya proyek, penulis juga memberikan buku panduan kepada owner untuk membantu Instagram Jasmine Bookstore kedepannya. Kata Kunci: Online Shop, Instagram, Engagement, Engagement Rate, Interaksi, Jasmine Bookstore.
Deskripsi Alternatif :During this pandemic, many businesses were forced to close and unable to operate due to government regulations requiring social distancing and avoiding crowds. Finally, business people, especially MSMEs and home businesses, have opened their businesses on various digital platforms and turned into online shops. In starting a business, of course, you need promotional activities in the digital world or what is commonly called Digital Marketing. The purpose of digital marketing is to increase awareness and engagement of a business so that consumers are coming and stay loyal. This activity is certainly applied to all online businesses, including the online shop Jasmine Bookstore, who wants to increase business engagement rate on their Instagram. This project will explain the proper use and utilization of Instagram features, can help in building interaction and increasing engagement rate. The author runs this project with a qualitative method where interviews and observations are important points in project implementation. In this project, there are 15 (fifteen) resource persons where these speakers consist of experts, potential customers and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). At the end of the Jasmine Bookstore Instagram project, there was a significant increase from before. Both in terms of content quality and appearance, even interaction and followers also increased. As a sign of the end of the project, the author also gave a guide book to the owner to help Instagram Jasmine Bookstore in the future.
