The aim of this research is to express the effected to improve head performance. The research conducted at PT Telkom Pekanbaru. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive examination (Survey Explanatory) with sample census intake. The hypothesis uses examination multiple regression, research instrument and Scale of Likert'S. The result of research show Policy of Location of Sumber Daya Manusia and Motivation have an influence to head performance. Between variable, motivation variable is more dominant to influence performance a head.
