Gedung Multifungsi B Kampus ITB Cirebon terdiri dari 3 lantai area utilitas dan 1 lantai basemen dengan luas bangunan 42 m x 42 m. Berdasarkan beban perletakan struktur atas dan kondisi tanah di lapangan, dapat ditunjukkan jenis tanah lempung kelanauan dengan tanah keras ditemui pada kedalaman 36 m di bawah permukaan tanah dengan nilai SPT ⥠50. Struktur bawah Gedung Multifungsi B direncanakan dengan fondasi dalam serta dinding penahan tanah. Hasil perhitungan secara analitik meliputi tahanan aksial, lateral, defleksi dan penurunan tiang, didapatkan desain fondasi bored pile dengan dimensi panjang 36 m dan diameter 0,8 m. Daya dukung tiang sebesar 607,93 ton dan 585,14 ton untuk masing-masing tiang pada Zona 1 dan Zona 2. Berdasarkan pemeriksaan punching shear, didapatkan dua tipe pile cap yaitu PC1 (1,6mÃ1,6mÃ1,0m) dan PC2 (1,6mÃ1,6mÃ0,9m). Metode pelaksanaan fondasi bored pile dilakukan menggunakan temporary casing. Total rencana anggaran biaya fondasi bored pile dan pile cap sebesar Rp12.521.557.794,39. Struktur dinding penahan tanah untuk dinding basemen menggunakan jenis kantilever dengan bentang 42m x 42m x 42m x 35m berdimensi 0,3 mÃ4 mÃ0,35m. Hasil analisis stabilitas global kondisi statis menggunakan software Geostudio menunjukkan faktor keamanan sebesar 2,505 dan 2,092 kondisi dinamis. Total rencana anggaran biaya pekerjaan pembuatan dinding kantilever sebesar Rp2.502.773.090,82. Kata kunci: bored pile, dinding penahan, RAB, metode, GeoStudio.
Deskripsi Alternatif :Multifunction Building B in ITB Cirebon consists of 3 floors of utility area and 1 basement floor with total building area is 42 m x 42 m. Based on the superstructure load and soil conditions on the field, it shows that the soil type is mostly silty clay, with hard soil found at a depth of 36 m below the soil surface with SPT value ⥠50. The substructure of Multifunction Building B is planned using deep foundation and retaining wall. The results of analytical calculation include axial, lateral, deflection, and pile settlement resistance can be concluded that bored pile foundation design is obtained with dimension of 36 m in length and 0.8 m in diameter. Pile bearing capacity of 607.93 tons and 585.14 tons for each pile in Zone 1 and Zone 2. Based on the inspection of punching shear, two types of pile cap were obtained, namely PC1 (1.6mÃ1.6mÃ1.0m) and PC2 (1.6mÃ1.6mÃ0.9m). The main method of installing the bored pile foundation is using a temporary casing, and total budget plan for bored pile and pile cap work is Rp12,521,557,794.39. The retaining wall structure for the basement wall is using a cantilever type with a span of 42m x 42m x 42m x 35m with dimensions of 0.3 mÃ4 mÃ0.35m. The results of the global stability for static condition using Geostudio software showed a safety factor of 2.505 and 2.092 for dynamic conditions.
