PT Citarasa Prima Indonesia Berjaya atau biasa dikenal dengan CRP Group adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Food and Beverages. Visi dari CRP Group adalah menjadi perusahaan jaringan kuliner dan distribusi terbesar di Indonesia serta menjadi jaringan F&B Indonesia terbesar di dunia. Brands CRP Group telah memiliki ratusan outlet yang tersebar di Indonesia. Dalam operasional perusahaan tentu melibatkan banyak SDM. Untuk mengelola SDM yang baik, CRP Group memiliki divisi People Engineer. Salah satu bagian yang dikelola yaitu HC-BP. HC-BP adalah bagian yang menjalankan fungsi dari perekrutan dan seleksi karyawan CRP Group. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya, pengelolaan berkas pelamar yang diterima belum efektif dan efisien. Pelamar masih mengirimkan berkas pelamar secara manual sehingga terjadi penumpukan berkas dan membutuhkan waktu selama 5 jam dalam pengecekan berkas. Pengecekan berkas dilakukan untuk mengetahui kelengkapan dokumen dan informasi yang diperlukan. Untuk itu perlu ada digitalisasi rekrutmen berbasis web agar mempermudah pengelolaan berkas karyawan. Tujuan dari pembuatan proyek digitalisasi berbasis web adalah untuk mempermudah perekrutan dalam pengelolaan dokumen di CRP Group. Dengan proyek sistem rekrutmen ini selain mempermudah staff HC-BP juga pelamar dapat mendapatkan informasi mengenai rekrutmen CRP serta tidak perlu mengirim berkas fisik ke perusahaan tetapi dapat dikirim melalui web. Proyek digitalisasi sistem rekrutmen berbasis web dibuat dengan menggunakan XAMPP dan Content Management System (CMS) Wordpress. Uji coba telah dilakukan dengan hasil sistem rekrutmen mempermudah staff di bagian HC-BP untuk melaksanakan pengelolaan dokumen pelamar kerja dengan dibantu oleh manual book. Staff HC-BP diharapkan dapat mengerti dalam penggunaan digitalisasi sistem rekrutmen yang telah dibuat dan dapat mengoperasikan dengan dibantu oleh manual book agar berjalan sesuai dengan petunjuk.

PT Citarasa Prima Indonesia Berjaya or commonly known as CRP Group is a company engaged in the Food and Beverages sector. The vision of the CRP Group is to become the largest culinary and distribution network company in Indonesia as well as the largest Indonesian F&B network in the world. CRP Group's brands have hundreds of outlets spread across Indonesia. In company operations, of course, it involves a lot of human resources. To manage good human resources, CRP Group has a People Engineer division. One part that is managed is HC-BP. HC-BP is the part that carries out the function of recruiting and selecting CRP Group employees. However, in its implementation, the management of applicants' files that has been accepted has not been effective and efficient. Applicants still send applicants' files manually, resulting in a buildup of files and it takes 5 hours to check files. File checks are carried out to determine the completeness of the required documents and information. For this reason, it is necessary to digitize web-based recruitment to make it easier to manage employee files. The purpose of creating a web-based digitization project is to facilitate recruitment in document management at the CRP Group. With this recruitment system project besides making it easier for HC-BP staff, applicants can also get information about CRP recruitment and do not need to send physical files to the company but can be sent via the web. The digitalization project of a web-based recruitment system was created using XAMPP and Wordpress's Content Management System (CMS). Trials have been carried out with the results of the recruitment system making it easier for staff in the HC-BP section to manage job applicant documents assisted by a manual book. It is hoped that HC-BP staff will be able to understand the use of digitizing the recruitment system that has been made and can operate with the help of the manual book so that it runs according to the instructions.
