Image is formed in a consumer's mind through a procedure whereby information is processed and organized into meaning on the basis of stored categories. Image is described as the overall impression made on the minds of customers. It exist even in the absence of factual knowledge. In tourism industry, image play significant roles because tourism is amorphous mass of experiences. As a kind of service, consumers in this industry are confronted with a lack of objective and measurable attributes to base their evaluation of image and in such situations must resort to tangible extrinsic cues to form their judgements. So, image will play an important role in both attracting and retaining customers.
