PT Dua Sarana Teknik merupakan sebuah perusahaan kontraktor dan developer yang memiliki beberapa proyek, salah satunya yaitu proyek pembangunan perumahan The Green Hill Taman Si Bolang. Terdapat keterlambatan dalam pembangunan perumahan ini karena tidak tersedianya barang pada saat dibutuhkan dan sering kali terdapat barang yang hilang juga rusak. Hal ini terjadi karena pada saat dilakukannya kegiatan stock opname sering terjadi transaksi masuk dan keluar barang dari gudang dan tidak adanya berita acara kehilangan atau kerusakan barang. Tidak adanya sebuah Standadr Operating Procedure (SOP) yang tercatat dan diketahui oleh petugas stock opname menjadi salah satu penyebab keterlambatan tersebut, petugas stock opname tidak mengetahui secara jelas bagaimana prosedur kerja dari kegiatan tersebut, maka dari itu penulis membuat sebuah buku panduan yang berguna untuk membantu petugas agar mengetahui SOP yang sebenarnya dilakukan. Untuk melengkapi buku panduan tersebut penulis merancang sebuah SOP mengenai kegiatan stock opname. Setelah SOP tersebut dirancang dan disetujui oleh pihak perusahaan, SOP tersebut dimasukan ke dalam buku panduan untuk menjadi konten utama. Buku panduan tersebut berisi informasi tentang kegiatan stock opname sesuai dengan teori yang ada. Penulis melakukan uji untuk memastikan panduan tersebut dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk mengetahui hasil dari uji coba tersebut maka dilakukan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner melalui Google Formulir yang diisi oleh tujuh karyawan yang bersangkutan dengan kegiatan stock opname. Dari kedua cara tersebut dapat disimpulkan buku panduan yang telah dibuat sesuai dengan kebutuhan petugas stock opname dan selama uji coba berlangsung permasalahan yang telah disebutkan tadi sudah berkurang sehingga kegiatan tersebut berjalan terstruktur. PT Dua Sarana Teknik is a contractor and developer company that has several projects, one of which is the The Green Hill Taman Si Bolang housing development project. There was a delay in the construction of this housing because of the unavailability of goods when needed and often lost and damaged goods. This happens because at the time of stock opname activities, transactions often occur in and out of goods from the warehouse and there are no reports of loss or damage to goods. The absence of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that was recorded and known by the stock opname officer was one of the causes of the delay, the stock opname officer did not know clearly how the work procedure of these activities was, therefore the author made a useful handbook to help officers to know the SOP that is actually carried out. To complete the handbook, the author designed an SOP regarding stock opname activities. After the SOP is designed and approved by the company, the SOP is included in the handbook to become the main content. The handbook contains information about stock opname activities in accordance with existing theories. The author conducted a test to ensure that these guidelines can affect employee performance. To find out the results of the trial, interviews and questionnaires were distributed through Google Forms which were filled out by seven employees concerned with stock opname activities. From these two methods, it can be concluded that the handbook has been made according to the needs of the stock opname officer and during the trial, the problems mentioned above have been reduced so that the activity is structured.
