The purpose of this research are to find out the influence of the organization transformation, the people empowerment, the management of knowledge, and the application of technology to the team learning partially and simultaneously, to find out the influence of the team learning to the human capital. The methodology used in this research is explanatory survey. The research result show that the level of the organization transformation, the level of the team learning, and the level of the human capital are good, while the level of the empowerment, the management of knowledge, and the level of the application of the technology is fair. The organization transformation, the people empowerment, the management knowledge, and the application of technology have positive influence to the team learning in simultan. Partially, only the people empowerment, and the management of knowledge that have positive influence to the team learning. Meanwhile, the organization transformation and the application of technology have no influence to the team learning. The team learning has positive influence to the human capital.
