Tofu is one of nutritious foods. To motivate people to cook delicious dishes with tofu as the main ingredient, this cookbook provides various tofu-based recipes to help people to fulfill their balanced nutrition needs. The aims of this cookbook are to show how to make tofu-based dishes and to explain general information about tofu including the history of tofu in Indonesia, the process of making tofu at a factory, and the types of tofu. The method of collecting data relied on the qualitative approach. The data were collected by conducting observation, interview, and library study. These data resulted in a cookbook containing four chapters.
