The customer satisfaction is a critical factor that influences the existence of the company in a fierce competition. The customers include an end user, a government, a share holder, a supplier, a media, and a public. A company must fulfill the needs of all customers including a government regulation. For a concrete brick product, there is a government standard of quality SNI 03-0348-89 that specifies the minimum standard of pressure strength. The production processes of concrete brick are influenced by many factors, either a controlled factor (signal) or a non-controlled factor (noise). The influenced factors include a material, a man, a machine, a method, and an environment. An experiment design can identify the factors which influenced the quality of product. One of the experiment design methods is Taguchi Method that can result in robust design. The experiment results in the factors that influence the quality of concrete brick are a water concrete ratio which the best level is at level 0.3, a tricosal VZ composition at level 1%, a forming pressure at level 300 kg, and a concrete to aggregate ratio at level 1:5.
