Coworking space merupakan ruang kerja bersama yang digunakan sebagai wadah bagi pekerja startup, freelencer, dan pekerja remote untuk menunjang aktivitas serta meningkatkan produktifitas kerja. Pengguna atau konsumen coworking space naik dari tahun ke tahun menyebabkan pengusaha bersaing untuk mendapatkan konsumen potensial. Penelitian ini bertujuan membantu pengusaha coworking space untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengguna coworking space di kota Bandung dan pengaruh suasana serta kualilas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dengan rumus Lemeshow. Penelitian ini mengambil 141 sampel. Pengolahan data menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0. Ditemukan bahwa suasana dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Kota Bandung. Kata kunci: ruang kerja bersama, kualitas layanan, kepuasan konsumen.

Coworking space is a shared workspace that is used as a forum for startup workers, freelancers, and remote workers to support activities and increase work productivity. Users or consumers of coworking space have increased from year to year, causing entrepreneurs to compete to get potential customers. This study aims to help coworking space entrepreneurs to find out the characteristics of coworking space users in the city of Bandung and the influence of atmosphere and service quality on customer satisfaction. The research method uses descriptive quantitative. The non-probability sampling technique used purposive sampling with the Lemeshow formula. This study took 141 samples. Data processing using IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0. It was found that atmosphere and service quality had a positive effect simultaneously or partially on customer satisfaction in Bandung City.
