Digitalization has become an important part of life, even to support human daily activities, especially business marketing activities. This happens due to the rapid development of technology that supports the widespread use of the Internet. Changes that occur due to the development of digital technology have even changed consumer habits. Of Internet users in Indonesia as much as 88.1% have switched to online shopping services, namely e-commerce in buying or selling products. This condition indicates that trading businesses that use online shopping have a more stable economic value, so it must be utilized by business actors, especially micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The things that must be considered in online shopping are the attitudes and intentions of customers, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic, and indirectly online shopping marketers must also adapt. This study tries to pay attention to the preferences and attitudes of online shopping consumers, specifically when purchasing auto car spare parts. This study uses two theories, namely the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Technology Acceptance Model. This study also used a quantitative method of 415 respondents as measured by the Structural Equation Model in the SMART-PLS application and a qualitative method was carried out by in-depth interviews with 5 informants. This study shows that the Technology Acceptance Model (Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness), Theory of Planned Behavior (Subjective Norm and Perceived Behavioral Control), information quality, service quality, and system quality can affect consumer behavior and intentions in online shopping. Therefore, the output of this research is to create a program that can improve attitudes and intentions to use online shopping in buying spare part products.
