Rumah sakit merupakan suatu instansi kesehatan yang memiliki fasilitas ruang bedah, yang mana ruang bedah tersebut harus dijaga sedemikian rupa supaya tetap steril atau biasa disebut juga dengan cleanroom. Cleanroom merupakan ruangan yang di dalamnya jumlah konsentrasi partikel di udara dikendalikan dan diklasifikasikan, serta parameter relevan lainnya seperti suhu, kelembapan, tekanan yang dapat dikontrol sesuai kebutuhan. Pada penelitian kali ini dilakukan dengan metode pengambilan data pada beberapa parameter secara langsung di Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut UNPAD khususnya di ruang operasi. Data parameter yang diambil yaitu temperatur udara, kelembapan udara, tekanan, partikel PM2.5 dan PM10, pertukaran udara per jam, kecepatan supply, dan intensitas cahaya. Setelah dilakukan penelitian mendapatkan nilai rata-rata pada parameter kondisi udara ruang operasi, seperti nilai temperatur ruangan 22,2℃ kelembapan ruangan dengan nilai 57,9%, tekanan ruangan yaitu bertekanan positif dengan nilai 2 Pa, partikel PM2.5 berjumlah 8 µg/m³ dan PM10 berjumlah 12 µg/m³, pertukaran udara per jam sebanyak 97 kali/jam, intensitas cahaya operasi dengan nilai 238 lux, dan intensitas cahaya meja operasi bernilai 15.827 lux. Sehingga berdasarkan parameter tersebut terdapat beberapa parameter yang belum memenuhi standar Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 40 tahun 2022 namun telah memenuhi ASHRAE Standard 170 tahun 2017. Namun ruang operasi tersebut belum bisa disebut ruang cleanroom dikarenakan belum sesuai dengan beberapa standar ruang cleanroom. A hospital is a health institution that has a surgical room facility, where the surgical room must be kept in such a way as to remain sterile or commonly referred to as a cleanroom. Cleanroom is a room in which the amount of particle concentration in the air is controlled and classified, as well as other relevant parameters such as temperature, humidity, and pressure that can be controlled as needed. This research was conducted by taking data on several parameters directly at the UNPAD Dental and Oral Hospital, especially in the operating room. The parameter data taken are air temperature, air humidity, pressure, PM2.5 and PM10 particles, air exchange per hour, supply speed, and light intensity. After the research was carried out, the average value of the operating room air condition parameters was obtained, such as the room temperature value of 22.2 ℃, room humidity with a value of 57.9%, room pressure is positive pressure with a value of 2 Pa, PM2.5 particles amounted to 8 µg/m³ and PM10 amounted to 12 µg/m³, air exchange per hour as much as 97 times / hour, operating light intensity with a value of 238 lux, and the operating table light intensity is worth 15,827 lux. So based on these parameters there are several parameters that do not meet the standards of the Minister of Health Regulation No. 40 of 2022 but have met ASHRAE Standard 170 of 2017. However, the operating room cannot be called a cleanroom space because it does not comply with several cleanroom space standards.
