Laporan tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai perancangan ulang box underpass pada proyek Underpass Cibubur di Jakarta Timur. Underpass Cibubur merupakan bangunan transportasi jalan yang dimana direncanakan memotong di bawah jalan tol Jagorawi. Box pada proyek Underpass Cibubur ini menggunakan konstruksi beton bertulang yang dicor langsung di tempat. Pelaksanaan perkerjaan box underpass Cibubur menggunakan teknik sistem jacking, yaitu memasukan box beton bertulang ke dalam lorong melintasi bawah tanah jalan tol Jagorawi. Analisis pembebanan dalam perhitungan struktur box underpass pada tugas akhir ini seluruh ketentuan dan besar pembebanannya disesuaikan dengan peraturan pembebanan jembatan RSNI T-02-2005. Untuk perhitungan mekanika struktur dilakukan pemodelan berbentuk 3D dengan bantuan program SAP2000 versi 14 yang kemudian output berupa kontur-kontur tegangan. Dalam merancang struktur beton bertulang untuk box underpass ini disesuaikan berdasarkan peraturan perencanaan struktur beton untuk jembatan RSNI T-12-2004. This final project report discusses about the redesigning of underpass box on Cibubur underpass project in East Jakarta. Cibubur underpass is a road transportation structure which will be planned to cut under the Jagorawi toll road. Box underpass at Cibubur Underpass project uses reinforced concrete construction casted directly on the project place. The execution of box underpass uses the jacking system, which means entering reinforced concrete box into the underground tunnel across the Jagorawi toll road. On the load analysis on box underpass structure calculation in this final project, all provisions and regulations is adapted to the RSNI T-02-2005 (Indonesia bridges loading regulation). The calculation of structural mechanics is performed with 3D modeling of SAP2000 version 14 which then the stress contours are obtained. Reinforced concrete structure of underpass box designed is based on RSNI T-12- 2004 (Indonesia regulation of concrete structures for bridges).
