The aim of this research is to find an effect of using the management accounting information in respective report was analyzed partically on four and five stars rated hotel performance based on balanced scorecard in Bandung City.This research is conducted using explanatory survey with all of population has been chosen as the unit analysis. The data was collected with in distribution of questioner to all general managers at the four and five stars hotel in Bandung City.The result of this research shows that the routine report has positive and significant effect on performance based on balance scorecard of four and five stars hotel in Bandung City.
