Pos Indonesia (Persero) Implementasi strategi program penyehatan perusahaan PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) telah menghasilkan hal-hal penting salah satunya adalah alat bantu inventarisasi aset yang yang bernama Tools Inventarisasi Aset (TIA). Namun berdasarkan pilar strategi PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) nomor 2 (dua) TIA harus dikembangkan menjadi sistem jaringan operasi yang handal, akurat, cepat dan efisien, serta mampu meningkatkan kualitas. Sehingga PT Pos Indonesia perlu merancang suatu konsep Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset (SIMA) yang memadukan beberapa disiplin keahlian. Sebagai suatu sistem yang kompleks, SIMA tersusun atas beberapa sub sistem yang mengacu pada kegiatan bisnis perusahaan. Gudang peralatan selaku gudang utama yang menjadi pintu masuk bagi seluruh gudang seharusnya telah memiliki sistem untuk mendukung pembuatan SIMA. Sehingga untuk membuat sistem tersebut diperlukan analisis kegiatan, identifikasi kebutuhan, dan perancangan proses. Rancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Gudang Peralatan ini merupakan sebuah perancangan konseptual. Sehingga rancangan ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan pembuatan sistem informasi manajemen gudang peralatan PT Pos Indonesia. Untuk merancangan sub sistem informasi manajemen aset lainnya, PT Pos dapat melakukan hal yang sama seperti pada proyek ini. Hal tersebut adalah menjadikan TIA sebagai dasar pengembangan sistem karena data-data yang dibutuhkan untuk implementasi SIMA adalah seluruh atribut data aset yang diperoleh melalui kegiatan inventarisasi aset. Deskripsi Alternatif :

Implementation of the restructuring program strategy of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) has yielded important things, one of which is a tool inventory of assets that are named Tools Inventarisasi Aset (TIA). However, based on the pillars of the strategy of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) number 2 (two) TIA should be developed into a reliable network operating system, accurate, fast and efficient, and able to improve quality. So PT Pos Indonesia need to design a concept of Asset Management Information System (AMIS), which combines the expertise of several disciplines. As a complex system, SIMA is composed of several sub systems based on the company's business activities. Equipment warehouse as the main repository of an entrance for the entire warehouse should already have systems to support the creation of SIMA. So, to make the necessary systems PT Pos Indonesia should do analysis activities, identification of needs, and design processes. The design of the Equipment Warehouse Management Information System equipment is a conceptual design. So this design can be used as a reference for the manufacture of equipment warehouse management information system of PT Pos Indonesia. For manufactured other asset management information system, PT Pos can do the same thing as in this project. To make TIA as a basis for the development of the system because the data required for the implementation of SIMA is all the data attributes of the assets acquired through asset inventory.
