ABSTRACT




An innovation refers to any good, service, or idea that is perceived to someone as new (Kotler, 1991). This research serves to add to the knowledge in marketing literature by improving understanding of the consumer perception towards new bags product in EIGER Adventure Store Bandung. The objective of this research is to identify the consumer perception towards new bags product in general and is there perception differences based on demographically factor. Using a model of the consumer perception towards new bags product, based on demographically factor, five hypotheses on the consumer perception were formulated. To test the hypotheses, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 230 guests of EIGER Adventure Store Bandung. Independent Sample T-test and One way Anova used to test the hypotheses and to see the consumer perception in general used frequency analysis...
