Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem pengendalian suhu pada mold dan water jacket mesin injection molding melalui pross reverse engineering dan forward engineering. Plan tersebut merupakan sistem multivariable yang memiliki tiga controlled variable yakni suhu mold 1, mold 2, dan water jacket serta memiliki 3 manipulated variable yakni bukaan valve mold 1, mold 2, dan water jacket. Pengendali yang digunakan adalah fuzzy logic controller dengan metode sugeno berbasis Raspberry Pi dan perangkat lunak Codesys. Perangkat lunak tersebut digunakan juga untuk membuat Human Machine Interface (HMI). Selain itu, dibahas pula mengenai perangkat yang digunakan diantaranya adalah sensor, pengkondisi sinyal, serta electric drive. Hasil yang diperoleh dari sistem pengendalian suhu mesin injection molding sudah mampu mencapai kondisi steady state dengan error pada mold 1 sekitar 18%, error pada mold 2 sekitar 18%, dan error pada water jacket sekitar 24%. Deskripsi Alternatif :This final project aims to produce a temperature control system through reverse engineering and forward engineering on the mold and water jacket injection molding machine. The plan is a multivariable system that has three controlled variables are temperature of mold 1, mold 2, and water jacket and has 3 manipulated variables are valve of mold 1, mold 2, and water jacket. The controller used the fuzzy logic controller with the Raspberry Pi-based Sugeno method and Codesys software. The software is also used to create a Human Machine Interface (HMI). In addition, also discussed about the devices used include sensors, signal conditioners, and electric drives. The results obtained from the injection molding machine temperature control system have been able to achieve steady state conditions with an error in mold 1 of around 18%, error in mold 2 of around 18%, and an error in a water jacket of around 24%.
